SalarySenior Lettings Negotiator
Location: Hampstead/Middlesex
Salary Range: £25,000 - £32,000 base, £45,000 - £70,000 whole package (including commissions/bonuses')
I am looking for a personable, supportive and hungry individual to join a dynamic estate agent in Hampstead! Currently, our client has an extensive client base that is needing to be looked after, meaning mire opportunity to make serious bank! The right individual will be expanding and maintaining existing client relationships. This role also has great scope for progression and growth!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture our extensive client base, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and secure new letting opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve collective goals.
- Demonstrate a hunger for success and a self-starter mentality.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a negotiator role
- MARLA qualification is ideal but not mandatory
- Full UK driving license and car is compulsory
- Strong verbal and written communication
Working Hours:
- 5 days a week in the office: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM.
- Every other Saturday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
