Agora Talent is delighted to be partnering with a highly-regarded hospitality group on the search for a Senior Management Accountant. The role provides the unique opportunity to not only work in a fast-paced, dynamic industry, but to be a part of a team that prides themselves on their working culture and ability to promote from within.
You’ll be owning the month-end process from start to finish and will be involved in implementing new processes, controls and policies across the finance division, and will also supervise two direct reports.

- Ensure precise monthly management accounts are delivered at both store and company levels.
- Shorten and critically assess month-end timelines.
- Take responsibility for balance sheet reconciliations.
- Develop a robust fixed asset process to record new assets, post depreciation, and reconcile with the balance sheet.
- Implement new systems and procedures to streamline tasks and enhance efficiency.
- Assist with the annual audit.
- Lead and manage two direct reports.
- Perform ad hoc tasks to boost business performance as needed
About you…
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Understanding of multi-site business reporting.
- Strong team player; adaptable to various stakeholders across the business.
- Experience working with Accounts IQ & NetSuite desirable.
