Senior Management Accountant
Hybrid/ Remote [willing to commute to London]
About The Role:
CloudRock Partners Ltd is currently recruiting a Senior Management Accountant to join our diverse and talented team. Looking for smart, enthusiastic, and self-motivated candidates with work experience as a Senior Management Accountant or similar to help scale the Business that will report to the Finance Director in the UK. The ideal candidate possesses technical expertise and a passion for quality accounting practices.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of the Group's consolidated results, including in depth review of overseas Business Unit inputs
- Responsibility for the end to end UK Business unit accounting and reporting
- Review of foreign subsidiary reporting and liaising with overseas accountants in order to deliver a best in class service
- Group wide cost control and analysis including developing and implementing best in class group wide KPIs
- Preparation of annual Group Budget and forecasts
- Support the Annual Accounts / Audit including the preparation of year-end financial statements
- Assist with the implementation of automated billing and income recognition systems and processes
- Support the FD with cash flow forecasting, treasury and forex management
- Review of Group transfer pricing arrangements and Intercompany reconciliations
- Other ad hoc projects and analysis
- Management of 1/2 direct reports
The Ideal Candidate
- ACCA qualified or similar.
- 5+ years professional experience working in a similar capacity.
- The ideal candidate must have previous experience of working within a global organisation and have an understanding of foreign currency translations.
- Experience in the preparation of international consolidated month-end accounts.
- Multitasker and able to manage any ad hoc tasks
- Strong organization skills - ability to meet deadlines, prioritise assignments, etc
- Capable of handling high-pressure situations & excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Desire to learn and develop
- IT literate and high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
