Senior Management Accountant

Multinational retail organisation in Surrey requires a Qualified or Qualified by Experience Senior Management Accountant to join there expanding UK finance operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to get stuck into a varied and project-oriented position. The firm offer a competitive benefits package and offer excellent progression opportunities.

Your duties as a Management Accountant will include:

• Full month end management accounts production
• Pre month end
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Accruals and prepayments
• Cost and VAT reporting
• Variance analysis
• Balance sheet accounting
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Managing a team of 2

We are looking for attributes including:

• ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant / QBE considered
• Extensive management accounting experience in a large company including complex consolidations
• Team supervision
• Multicurrency
• Advanced Excel
• Ideally someone with a longer-term mindset for progression and growth
• A strong team player but able to work independently and prioritise a heavy workload
