Contract: Fixed Term until 31 March 2025 working 35 hours per week (Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcome applications from individuals who require flexibility)
Salary: GBP46,709 per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.
Location: Leeds (The role will be based at the office base listed; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week)
This is a new and exciting opportunity to join Arts Council England's and develop the Artsmark Cultural Education Network (ACEN). The Senior Manager will have responsibility for developing and delivering the ACEN's programme and provide line management and leadership to a new team as it develops new roles and structures.
The ACEN will share expertise, best practice, and foster creative and cultural partnerships, to increase and enhance the confidence, skills and capabilities of teachers and school leaders to develop their cultural offer for pupils. This will be delivered to schools through free and practical webinars, workshops, and partnerships as well as 1-2-1 advice.
There is great scope in this role to significantly shape this new programme as it establishes itself in the education sector.
