Digital Business Services (DBS) provides essential support for the bank through operations, technology, key central business services such as procurement and real estate management, Data and Analytics and a worldwide network of Chief Operating Officers.
The Deputy Chief Operating Office (DCOO) organization sits within DBS and comprises of a set of outcome focused service pillars, including the DBS Chief Control Office. The DBS Chief Control Office are subject matter experts in Risk & Control, to help develop knowledge and understanding of governance.
The role will be reporting to the Head of Governance to support the activity around the non-financial risk management framework and also the risk and controls for DBS, along with the wider teams.

In this role you will:
- You will be at the forefront of DBS CCO governance, ensuring the right messages are provided to senior management and governance fora in a timely, accurate and consistent manner. Driving prioritization and good decision making.
- You will be supporting end – end risk and control management activities across DBS working with wider teams in line with the Group Risk Management Framework.
- Work with key stakeholders to assist with the management of strategic priorities and key performance indicators for DBS.
- Proactively identify collaboration opportunities and adopt new ways of working to achieve the highest efficiency, quality standards and productivity across DBS
- You will provide support and deliver safe & secure services to customers, colleagues and also to the bank itself.
