About this opportunity:
This interesting role offers the opportunity to be at the centre of Group management reporting, with high visibility deliverables to senior audiences.
Reporting to the Head of Group Planning & Reporting, this role is responsible for the leadership of a small team of finance professionals, focusing on Group actuals management reporting, associated insights and controls.
What you'll be doing:
- Co-ordinate and manage Group processes to deliver comprehensive management reporting including monthly reporting to GEC and Board, providing clear MI and insight
- Providing insight on key MI Metrics including RoTE, TNAV and volatility
- Production and analysis of legal entity reporting
- Support external quarterly reporting through supporting materials and insights
- Manage control responsibilities (incl. SOX) and audit requirements relating to management reporting
- Input to Finance transformation of reporting and tactical MI development
- Coach team colleagues, ensuring they are led and developed effectively
- Part of the Group Financial Planning & Analysis extended leadership team, contributing to a clear common purpose across the team of c.45 colleagues

What you'll need:
- Breadth of knowledge across the relevant businesses of Lloyds Banking Group and wider Financial Services industry, including understanding economic, regulatory and social trends
- Qualified finance professional with proven track record in financial analysis, controls and risk management
- Strong organisational skills to coordinate processes to deliver time critical outputs to a high standard for senior audiences
- Building strong working relationships across diverse partners to craft messaging for senior audiences
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team of finance professionals, leading by example
- Continuous improvement mindset to champion process improvement and problem solving
