This newly created, Senior Marketing Exec opportunity will play a key role in supporting the Marketing & Communications Manager and the wider Marketing team.

Duties/Responsibilities/Overview
- Work with the Marketing & Communications Manager to deliver effective marketing activity
- Serve as a key contact for stakeholders in relation to all marketing activities
- Ensure that marketing activity is planned and executed in a timely manner with attention to detail
- Support the Marketing & Communications Manager in the analysis all marketing activity, including reporting against KPIs
- Check the accuracy of website content and coordinate and execute content changes
- Manage social media for the group
- Manage all communications including all internal and external newsletters and communications - writing blogs as and when required
- Manage the relationship with the blog writers for specific communications
- Manage email marketing, using an online email system, creating, and designing templates, sending campaigns monitoring distribution and creating the reports
- Ongoing management of the Google AdWords campaign
- Setup and manage Google Analytics tracking for all online campaigns
- Create ad-hoc social media campaigns based around specific events
- Collate monthly reports on marketing activity, website, email campaigns and social media analytics
- Update awards and communications calendar
- Prepare and update presentations on an ad-hoc basis

- Full competency in diary management, can apply good judgement and understands competing priorities, as well as running a clean and efficient diary
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- A high level of computer literacy and relevant software knowledge
- Ability to identify learning gaps in self and suggest solutions to fill those gaps.
- An experienced marketer with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role/environment.
This position will be home based with some ad-hoc travel required to London.
