Job Overview:

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will drive the marketing strategies to new heights. With a primary focus on social media content creation and management, you will lead initiatives to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and engage the target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy to elevate brand visibility and drive growth.
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company objectives to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Create compelling, engaging, and shareable content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Design, and Operations, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and maximize impact.
• Creating eye-catching global trade exhibition stands, planning and executing trade shows and exhibitions, and capturing all PR and sales lead opportunities.
• Creating and maintaining innovative marketing collateral for the sales team.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective and consistent communication with a global customer base.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media and digital marketing technologies to innovate and improve strategies continuously.

Experience Needed:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media content creation and management, is required.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns that drive lead generation and engagement.
• Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
