A huge opportunity has opened up with an established Cheshire based New Homes property agency, who are looking to expand the business further & hire an experienced Mortgage & Protection advisor into the team.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with New Build Advisor background that is looking for a step up in responsibility & eventually transition into a senior position within the business.
Initially you will be the sole point of contact for any new mortgage & protection leads coming through the business, providing a detailed service to clients & supporting them through the full mortgage process. You will also hold a level of responsibility across the developers ensuring they are also serviced correctly & maximising business opportunities with them.
As the role develops you will naturally transition into a senior member of the team, growing & developing builder relationships, along with the expansion of the mortgage team.
We are looking for a professional and confident Mortgage and Protection Consultant who has the right mix of drive and passion for excellent service and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
Role details:
- Senior Mortgage Advisor (Full Time - Employed)
- Up to £35,000 + commission OTE £60k 1st year
- All leads provided
- Opportunity for long term progression & be a key senior team member
- Experience with Mortgage and Protection Advice (Ideally Whole of Market) & New Build mortgage experience
