The Senior HR Advisor will provide a generalist hands-on, multi-site role, supporting, guiding, and upskilling line managers in all people related activities, delivering the daily transactional elements of HR together with supporting group wide HR projects, including Equality Diversity and Inclusion, engagement and change programmes.
Key responsibilities for the Senior HR Advisor will include:
- Providing appropriate HR advice and support on all HR
- Support Managers in identifying and planning appropriate development interventions to improve employee performance
- Providing case management support for absence cases throughout the business, including absence reporting and monitoring
- Work alongside the HR Business Partner to ensure any investigations, disciplinary and grievances are managed and resolved in a timely manner
- To conduct our HR inductions to ensure a smooth onboarding programme
- Building, maintaining, and developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting with the delivery of the people plan and HR projects
- Creation of HR documentation in line with company policy
- Talent attraction and retention
What we are looking for in the Senior HR Advisor:
- Be part CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Experience supporting remote workers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and off your own initiative
- Passionate about adding value and making a positive impact
- Strong attention to detail
