A dynamic and commercially orientated business who has recently been through an exciting restructuring, is recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to join their people team. Working closely with key stakeholders to provide efficient, effective, and innovative people partnering services.
Duties include:
- Working closely with your business unit to provide advice, support and guidance to enable our workforce to successfully achieve their strategic goals.
- Support the delivery of the people plan with a focus on driving people change and continual organizational improvement and development.
- Partner with a range of leaders to shape the people plan to build colleague engagement that builds an inclusive culture enabling everyone to be the best they can.
- Support delivery of organizational projects within the business such as organisational restructures and redeployments, ensure changes are embedded, reviewed, and delivered on time.
