It’s an exciting time to join AXA Health. We’re looking for Registered Nurses to join our Medical Surgical team on a permanent basis. As a Senior Nurse Case Manager, you’ll provide support and decisions for AXA Health colleagues within the Clinical Centre, Sales and Customer Service on claims and case management queries.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home in our Tunbridge Wells office. Typical working hours Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm. No evenings, weekends or Bank Holidays.
What you’ll be doing:
Be a point of reference for interpreting medical policies and medical information for clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
Manage high cost or complex clinical cases, challenging information as required.
Manage day to day organisation of the Medical Surgical Team, including discussing case management with less experienced colleagues.
Support management of the team, ways of working within the team and case management processes.
Provide feedback, coaching and mentoring to colleagues.
Collaborate with the clinical trainer to organise, design and deliver medical training on key subjects for AXA Health colleagues.
Give guidance to less experienced colleagues who receive direct telephone complaints from members or specialists. Be available to manage the call on their behalf, make decisions within your remit or request assistance as needed.
Present to colleagues and external corporate clients to demonstrate the value added by the Medical Surgical team.
Continue with your professional development, maintain NCM registration and IDD requirement.
