Senior Office Administrator

Our client is an established family business with some impressive plans for expansion.
They have 3 sites throughout the UK and these sites are coordinated and looked after from the Head Office.
This is a new role to assist the Office Manager and is a great opportunity for a flexible and hard- working individual to really make the role their own and add value.
Responsibilities:
- Logging all required information for new tenants
- Updating internal databases
- Invoicing for existing tenants - calculating meter readings, logging, uploading, invoicing (using Sage 50)
- Coordinating licence agreements
- Each tenant will have a seasonal agreement - this person will be responsible for ensuring that they are accurate and up to date
- Handling customer queries (this can be via email, telephone or face to face)
- Bank reconciliations in the absence of the Office Manager
- Working with a high volume of information so attention to detail is vital. Accurate record keeping is vital for the smooth running of the day to day operations.
The ideal candidate:
- You will have first class administration skills - and the ability to use internal systems and MSO.
- Sage 50 is an advantage.
- This is a busy environment with ever-changing priorities, so the role requires someone who can think on their feet . You will be comfortable building a rapport with colleagues and customers alike, so customer service skills are also a must.
- No two days are ever the same in this fast-paced, varied role and the ability to multi-task is essential.
This is a 37 hour working week - and will include some weekend work, which is organized on a rota basis. Hours of work are 9am-5pm.
