As a Senior Operational Delivery Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- To support senior staff in the management and monitoring of project and related Operational Delivery activity, utilising in-house systems and procedures to allow progress on individual projects and the overall programme to be captured and monitored.
- To oversee data accuracy for the fund, ensuring that relevant project and related Operational Delivery activity is accurately recorded within the Agency’s project systems, so that robust and consistent programme reporting can be undertaken.
- To ensure the provision of up-to-date, accurate and relevant information on individual projects and related Operational Delivery activity is available for regular and ad hoc reporting to relevant internal and external committees.
- To act as a lead contact for colleagues in the HIF Project Management team supporting their role in the management and monitoring of all Operational Delivery activity activities.
- To attend and support key internal HIF meetings to aid with the collation of Operational Delivery insight required for the management of the fund.
- To ensure that the management and monitoring of all Operational Delivery activity is undertaken with reference and adherence to relevant business processes, providing support and guidance where necessary.
- To respond to specific queries with regards to Operational Delivery activity from within the HIF team, other Homes England colleagues and cross-Whitehall stakeholders, including DLUHC, HMT and the IPA.
You’ll have relevant experience in:
- Experience in working as part of multi-disciplinary teams providing Operational Delivery services.
- Familiarity with Operational Delivery activities in a similar environment
- Demonstratable knowledge and experience in delivering similar services for government funded housing programmes.
- Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement/ managing key stakeholdes
- Confident communicator
