Senior Operations Manager

The Role

Reporting into the General Manager for this leading Asset Management business you will be responsible for a flagship healthcare contract overseeing the delivery of FM services into a North London hospital trust estate through a PFI contract. This is a high performing PFI contract but it does need to evolve with regards to the system for monitoring the FM provider across both hard and soft services. You will work closely with the SPC team with an expectation of being in North London at the clients estate 3 days a week with the rest of the time being based at home or a nearby office. 

The Candidate

My client has quite an open mind regarding the candidates background and what will make them successful in the role. You don't have to have worked in a healthcare or PFI environment previously although this would be beneficial. It is however essential that you understand how to deliver hard FM services and understand statutory compliance. You may have worked with public sector PFI clients in other markets and be interested to work within the asset management and healthcare environment.  This is a high performing team and a successful PFI contract and therefore you will need to be able to help evolve the systems and processes whilst bringing the team and stakeholders with you.

My client currently manage over £7bn of assets in projects across the UK and Ireland. With a workforce of over 100 they work with a diverse range of clients in the public sector, investors and FM providers as well as other stakeholders. With the aim of investing in UK Social Infrastructure, providing essential public services to local communities. The company has been established to give investors access to a large, diversified portfolio of mature Public Private Partnership (PPP) concession based investments, within the social infrastructure environment.
