We are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Operations Manager to work with us to look after our Historic Royal Palace contracts.
Key responsibilities- Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations
- Managing the account and ensuring it is running smoothly
- Excellent communication skills including board-level
- Experience of managing set budgets, forecasting and business planning
