My leading FinTech client are currently looking for a Senior Operations Manager to be the key liaison between their Area Sales Managers, retail partners, account teams, marketing, and their agencies.
You'll translate account strategies in field team deliverables, providing market insights, and elevating the overall performance of the Retail Excellence function.
You'll also be the primary point of contact internally and externally for all Retail Operations in your markets, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management between field and HQ.
This is a newly created role and a brilliant opportunity in a supportive team!
The following skills/experience is essential:
- Strong Retail HQ experience
- Customer facing front line background
- Proven leadership skills, ideally in operational management
- Track record of monitoring and following up on KPI performance
- Fluent in English, ideally with second European language
- Able to travel regionally, nationally and internationally
