Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their business objectives, positioning yourself as a strategic partner for their organisational needs.
- Lead comprehensive organisational assessments, offering bespoke solutions that demonstrate a deep understanding of client challenges and objectives.
- Design and execute impactful talent development programmes, showcasing our commitment to enhancing employee skills and capabilities.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to expertly navigate change management initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions during organisational shifts.
- Provide expert guidance on performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning, highlighting the value the services bring to clients.
- Drive robust business development strategies, proactively identifying and securing new opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Contribute actively to marketing efforts by creating compelling content and participating in industry events.
- Conduct engaging workshops and training sessions that not only foster leadership and team effectiveness but also showcase our expertise to potential clients.
- Analyse data and metrics rigorously to measure the impact of OD interventions, providing tangible evidence of the value we bring to organisations.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends in OD, HR, talent management, Organisational Design, and business development, integrating relevant insights into marketing strategies.
Key skills and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an OD practitioner in a senior role, with a demonstrable track record of successful business development within the HR consultancy space.
- Strong understanding of organisational dynamics, change management, talent development, and advanced Organisational Design.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to lead dynamic workshops/trainings and effectively communicate the value proposition to diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of translating data into actionable insights.
- Certification in relevant OD or HR practices is a plus.
This is a full-time role, available on a hybrid basis, travelling into London between 2 – 3 days per week and other offices when required. A full benefits package is available including CPD.
