SAG Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative, established in 1964, that offers a range of financial services. It is member owned so any revenue generated, after expenses and reserves are met, is given back to members in the form of better rates and more services. We believe in providing our members with the tools they need to meet all of their dreams at any stage of life. Our goal is to help them to be able to buy a car, purchase a home, attend university, save money for their future, and prepare for the unexpected. As Credit Controller, with the support of the wider team, you’ll play a key role in helping our members make better financial decisions. You will be accountable to the Manager of the Credit Union for the progressive implementation of Credit Control policy and procedures, in consultation with the Manager, Credit Control Committee and Board of Directors as a means to minimising the number of accounts in arrears..

3 years experience within the last 5 years of working with clients/ members in a credit control role.A minimum of 4 GCSEs (including English and Maths).Customer facing experience.Experience of monitoring customer accounts.Preparing reports for senior management.Working in a team environment.Competent on computers/databases.Possess a current driving licence.
