Key Responsibilities
- Proactively chase outstanding debts
- Oversee the accurate and timely issuing of invoices and statement of accounts
- Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to swiftly resolve any inquiries and concerns.
- Upload invoices to customer portals
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers
- Deliver regular reports to management
- Comple monthly invoice runs, raising and issuing invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor and enforce adherence to credit limits, while also securing necessary limit increases from insurers as needed.
- Identify possible risks and promptly escalate problematic accounts to management
- Maintain accurate records with attention to detail.
- Undertake ad hoc responsibilities assigned by the AR Manager
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks, prioritizing workload effectively, and exhibiting responsible time management.
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously while also thriving in collaborative team environments, contributing positively to group dynamics.
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- prior experience in credit risk assessment is advantageous
- Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work
