SalaryOur client, an international law firm, are seeking a senior finance paralegal to work out of their Manchester office on a permanent basis. This is an incredible opportunity to work within a leading law firm and gain invaluable experience. The salary on offer is up to £32,500 depending on experience and the firm offer hybrid working.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day support on transactions
- Company Search Reports
- Condition Precedent Management
- Coordinating signing of documents and assisting on completions
- Group Structure Charts
- Security Reviews and Security Review Checklists
- Post Completion (including security registrations, bibles, and notices)
- Interacting with stakeholders, being confident in flagging spare capacity to fee earners, being proactive in networking with the Practice group and helping to identify areas where paralegals can assist
- Playing an active role in the wider team; participating in team meetings/discussions and supporting the Team Lead with supervision of more junior members of the team
- Working alongside colleagues from our team to develop a new process for work receipt, triage and allocation to the team
- Other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as dictated by the business and client needs
Requirements
- Previous Paralegal experience or equivalent specialising in Finance and/or Restructuring is essential
- Experience of working in a large commercial law firm and understanding of the levels of service delivery required
