We have a new opportunity for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join a well-known charitable organization based in the City of London on a Hybrid basis.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining senior relationships with key funders, leading large-scale partnership projects, acquiring new funding, and ensuring exemplary account management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own relationships with strategically important funders.
- Gain expertise in specific funder segments and tailor company activities accordingly.
- Work proactively to scope, develop, and deliver large-scale partnership projects.
- Drive significant new funder acquisition, targeting larger alcohol industry organizations.
- Develop compelling propositions and achieve challenging new funder KPIs.
- Research and pursue wider sources of funding within and outside the traditional alcohol industry.
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders and ensure exemplary day-to-day account management.
- Meet funder retention targets and execute a comprehensive funder communications program.
- Deputize for the Head of Funding Partnerships and represent the company when required.
- Prepare high-quality briefing notes, business papers, reports, and financial information.
Requirements:
- Degree level education or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrable experience in managing corporate partnerships and stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
- Proven experience in leading new customer acquisition and achieving challenging income targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to research and develop key projects.
- Experience in leading pitches and presentations at a senior level.
- Strong influencing and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision, taking initiative and driving projects.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and commitment to reducing alcohol-related harm.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
