SalaryWe are looking for an experienced individual to join our Philanthropy & Partnerships team as Senior Prospect Research Officer. You will join us working 35 hours per week on a permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £35,240.11 per annum plus excellent benefits.

This role sits in our brand-new Philanthropy and Partnership’s Central Team. The Central Team will be responsible for ensuring direct fundraisers are equipped to make compelling asks and steward donors. This role will help drive growth and sustainability of high value giving by identifying and researching existing and potential major donors, corporate partners, charitable trusts and grant givers - including profiling, analysing data, prospect qualification, network mapping, guest list research and due diligence.
What we’re looking for:
- Significant experience of prospect identification and qualification
- Experience of database management and using a fundraising CRM system
- Demonstrable knowledge of the UK philanthropy and partnerships landscape
- Strong analytical and research skills and tenacity to seek external and internal information about potential supporters
