Senior Payroll Administrator

This incredible, modern and forward-thinking firm are now seeking a Senior Payroll Administratorto join their expanding team in their Chester office.

This opportunity is for someone who is eager to develop and looking to grow within an established firm and build on their skills through working with a diverse client base.

What will your day look day as a Senior Payroll Administrator?

• Completing reconciliations and adjustments to produce accurate information
• Advising clients of liabilities
• Posting and scanning invoices
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns under various VAT schemes
• Additional ad hoc duties such as client advice

Skills and experience required;

• Experience using Xero software is essential
• In-depth knowledge of VAT return processes and the various schemes
• Experience in preparing management accounts would be beneficial
• Successful experience working within a collaborative environment
• General knowledge of accounting systems, processes and all aspects of bookkeeping
• Motivated to deliver an extraordinary service and have a proactive approach
