We are looking for a Construction Project Planner to join our client’s team in London on a £200m healthcare project. This main contractor will be looking to appoint a Senior Planner on a prestigious scheme that will be very close to all our hearts. • Good understanding of construction techniques, sequencing & methodology.
• Suitable experience of large projects with good understanding of high-quality built, M&E interfaces.
• Experience in using; Asta Powerproject, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
• Knowledge and practice in 3D/4D modelling (preferred but not essential).
• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment or as an individual.
• Demonstrable experience in contract, tender and NEC planning.
• Ideally Degree qualified, minimum qualification to HNC, HND level.
