In this role you will contribute to the delivery of significant schemes involving development management planning, and planning project coordination for private and public sector clients. The company is committed to nurturing the best planning talent and as they continue to expand their diverse team; they are now looking to recruit an established professional with the following attributes:
Job skills
• Relevant DM planning experience
• Commercial approach with the ability to apply your planning knowledge effectively within the wider property context, across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors
• Excellent analytical and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Energetic and proactive approach with a willingness to learn and excel
• Confident in client facing situations and in project managing schemes
Reward
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a remuneration package ranging from £42,000 - £52,000 per annum which will be based on experience. They will also be offered regular CPD opportunities and full benefits.
The company annually review performance, giving employees the chance to receive pay rises when merited. The organisation additionally offers a clear promotion structure.
