Senior Practitioner

Senior Practitioner vacancy for Transitions and Progression to Adulthood Team- supporting young people aged 18-25 with a learning disability and care and support needs under the Care Act.

The successful applicant will be expected to have a smaller caseload and will supervise social workers in the team; taking on other responsibilities for the Manager when they are not available.

The rate is up to £33 per hour for this post. This is a hybrid post and arrangements can be confirmed on successful interview.
