Job Description
- Assess existing processes within the technology department, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement new procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Align process improvements with overall business objectives
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure cohesion
- Document all processes and ensure they are communicated effectively across the team
- Monitor the implementation of new processes, making adjustments as necessary
- Report on process performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in process analysis
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Process Analyst / Technical Business Analyst should have:
- A relevant degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field
- Proven experience in process analysis, preferably within the financial services sector
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to the role: SharePoint Development (Ribbon, SOM, Designer), Power BI, M365, enough to champion and influence usage
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative
