Contributing to the team, you will be:
- Ensuring efficient availability and reliability of the facility and assets by providing daily technical engineering support
- Resolving operational issues and troubleshooting with technical and chemical engineering support
- Providing design review and assurance during external procurement of small to medium sized lab equipment
- Championing ZERO harm and health and safety
- Supporting capital project research and delivery, applications, and MoC processes
- Completing project design and design calculations, maintaining document control and producing equipment purchase datasheets
- Maintaining understanding of regulations/practices and developing personal and team competencies, meeting objectives and KPIs whilst developing effective working relationships
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in chemical engineering
- Experience working and contributing in a 24/7 energy, gas or chemical process industry
- Ability to develop and proactively work towards, and meet, project requirements using strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Willingness to travel/stay overnight, and work additional hours as required, to support other facilities
