My client is specialist market leader in precision measurement equipment and they are seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to join their R&D Team. As a Senior Product Development Manager, you will lead and inspire the R&D Team to define and design new innovative products.
Senior Product Development Manager Responsibilities;
- Manage and coach the Project Team
- Lead the R&D Team to define and design new innovative products
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial concept to delivery on a range of projects
- Manage and track budgets for Product Development
- Develop and maintain the product strategy
Senior Product Development Manager Experience;
- Degree or equivalent experience in Product management and development
- Proven experience in a product management role is essential
- Experience with instrumentation and precision measurement devices would be advantageous
- Must have proven team leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills are essential
