Job Purpose
Working for Marine, Protective and Yacht business, you will provide global management and support for our chemical resistance and concrete repair products, systems and services to meet profitability targets.
- Manage overall product & service portfolio related to the category.
- Oversee product/service introductions/integrations/deletions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to establish business priorities based on product & technology road mapping.
- Establish & implement category plans.
- Proactively manage the range to deliver the profitability goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to devise product & service solutions to meet new concepts/business models.
- Nurture & coach colleagues.
- Project manage product development projects & product launches.
- Extensive work experience in a commercial environment. Ideally educated to BA/BSc degree level or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, influencing & interpersonal skills.
- Effective at stakeholder management.
- Commercially astute.
- Extensive experience in product management
- University degree in Chemistry or another related field
- Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
- Experience in more than 1 area of marketing and/or sales in addition to RD&I and/or supply chain.
- Coatings industry experience
