Senior Production Manager- Nights

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a heavy industry engineering company to recruit a Senior Production Manager- Nights to join their North Yorkshire facility.
Night shift hours are 6:30pm-6:15am Monday - Thursday
As a Senior Production Manager, your role will oversee the production of fabricated steel throughout the factory during the shift.
Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Oversee all aspects of the business and coordination of the shift teams within the processing, fabrication & despatch functions
• Support forward planning and management within all aspects of the business and prioritise projects within each specific area
• Adjust manning levels per department in accordance with the complexity of the product, workload and experience of the operatives working in the area

We are keen to speak with Production Managers with the following:

• Experience in a heavy manufacturing/production environment.
• Previous management experience
• Confident using Microsoft packages such as Excel and Outlook
