Senior Project Manager

Position: Senior Project Manager - (EC&I or Process Engineer)
Location: Wirral
Hours: Monday to Friday - Days
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE)

HRGO are proud to be supporting our growing client in their search for a Senior Project Manager with EC&I or Process experience which is based near the Wirral.

Role Objectives:

• Managing multiple complex projects
• Liaising with senior client teams at Director and VP levels
• Taking ownership of active risk management and mitigation planning
• Conducting assessments to prove clients with innovative ideas and engineering improvements.
• Forecasting budgets and generating CAPEX
• Collaborating on feasibility studies with client teams to gather information for project development.
• Ensuring delivery of outcomes to regulatory standards and adhering to best practices
• Coordinating work, ensuring alignment with other client members, project team members, and key stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects adhere to time lines and budgets.
• Controlling change requests affecting project deliverable as necessary
• Ensuring projects deliver the expected outcomes and benefits.

Critical skills and experience:

• Time-served engineer within Electrical Engineering
• Proven track record of successful delivered projects
• Excellent communicator with strong problem -solving skills.
• EC&I or Process bias preferred.
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualification (preferable)
• APM or Prince 2 Methodology (preferable)
