How you’ll help make a difference
You will be responsible for championing the Population Health Management approach across the One Gloucestershire Integrated Care System (ICS), leading projects within the Council’s project management framework, taking responsibility for project governance, behaviour change and deliverables.
About You
To be successful you will need experience of; effective influencing and negotiation skills; implementing and managing high risk and complex projects using project management tools and techniques; analytical skills; the ability to prepare and present clear concise reports, and work with a range of stakeholders.

The Public Health and Communities Hub support the Council’s Agile working policy and expect team members to work a minimum of two days per week in the office, which is based in Gloucester, and to attend ‘in person’ meetings as and when required. New starters will be required to come into the office more in their first 3 weeks for induction.
