Senior Property Investment Consultant – Manchester or London

GKR International has been instructed on an exciting opportunity to join a successful Property Investment firm based in Central London who have a strong presence across Europe.

With a huge portfolio of off-plan investment opportunities across the UK, our client is looking for an experienced property sales professional to join their team in the UK as they expand after winning various new projects since the turn of the year, you will have the opportunity to be based from either London or Manchester, or both.

The role will involve helping the business kick start their UK journey where you will be at the forefront of what they are doing in the UK and once established, looking to grow your team as the portfolio expands. For the right person, the opportunity to grow and push your career to the next level will be second to none!

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:

• A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in investment property
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, target driven environment
• Experience of making 50 + calls per day and handling a high volume of inbound leads from both the UK and overseas
• Be self-motivated & hardworking and happy to work with your own initiative
• Have the ambitions to organically grow and build your own team in due course
