Senior Property Manager required to look after new build stock, a newly formed department within a larger well respected property group require a Property Manager with minimum 2 years experience and top notch compliance and legal knowledge to help be an integral part of the team.
Senior Property Manager £32-34k Salary + Bonus
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Directly manage a portfolio of up to 250 premium apartments in Manchester city centre, all within a comfortable 15-minute walking distance from each other.
* Implementing new processes and training.
* Growing a department and hiring key roles.
* Overseeing the development and performance of a new team you can shape.
* Address all landlord and tenant enquiries related to the portfolio.
* Organise maintenance issues and ensure the portfolio's compliance.
* Oversee lettings administration, including processing new landlord & tenant agreements, and managing seamless acquisitions.
* Collect rents, process deposit protections, and maintain a log of communications with tenants.
* Serve section notices when required.
* Build good relationships with tenants, landlords, and building teams.
