Our Client is a professional services and investment management company operating globally. They are a well-known Managing Agent in the world of Facilities.
Job Description
- Ensuring consistent, high quality service delivery across all areas.
- Oversee the transition of properties
- Responsible for preparing data for financial reporting
- Ensure all reports are prepared to the correct specifications and issued in accordance with agreed timescales
- The management of rents, service charges and insurance premiums ensuring all management and ad-hoc fee invoices are raised in accordance with contracts and paid promptly
- Manage performance of third-party suppliers, (agents, solicitors, contractors, etc.) ensuring agreed costs/timescales are adhered to
- Manage service charge budgets in accordance with RICS guidelines and review service charge cash flow and budget
- Explore and keep up to date with new ideas and initiatives and actively seek out opportunities for providing added value initiatives
- Have a good understanding of market conditions and surrounding opportunities and threats
- Identifying, managing and actioning any asset management opportunities
- Managing and supporting direct reports within the team
- Mentoring individuals across the business
The Successful Applicant
MRICS - ESSENTIAL
- A desire to progress and generate new business
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally
- Forward thinking and proactive
- Proven experience of supervising, managing and developing other team members
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
