Senior Property Manager

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking for a new challenge to join a long standing independent lettings agency based in Clifton, Bristol. Due to expansion we are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a 360 role, the successful Senior Property Manager will be the point of contact for tenants and landlords, instructing maintenance works, ensuring compliance and conducting re let viewings across their portfolio.

The ideal Senior Property Manager will enjoy the prospect of working for a family run independent business and be able to present new ideas and uphold a first class customer service for their clients.

Senior Property Manager Duties:

• Organisation of maintenance, safety testing and the compliance of the portfolio
• Conducting property visits
• Securely moving tenants deposits
• Carry out viewings across your portfolio
• Building strong relationship with tenants and landlords
• Move ins
• Tenancy renewals across your portfolio

Senior Property Manager Skills

• Must have experience in property management and good knowledge across lettings
• Ability to build strong business relationship
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal
• Highly organized and adaptable
• ARLA Qualifed

Senior Property Manager Package

• Salary £32,000 - £35,000
• Monday - Friday 9:30am- 5:30pm
• Use of company pool car
• Funded industry exams
