New Opportunity: Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 2 Contractor - Kingston
Location: Kingston, London
A reputable medium-sized building contractor with a first-class track record of delivering projects in London and within the M25 is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team at their offices near Kingston.
About the Company:
This regional contractor is renowned for its unwavering commitment to delivering projects to the highest standards, which has earned them a loyal and satisfied client base. They specialise in projects within the Education, Sports & Leisure, Residential, and Commercial sectors. All their projects are governed by JCT contracts, including both new builds and refurbishments, with construction values reaching up to £10 million.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of projects, ensuring cost control, and delivering projects on budget.
Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to establish and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and financial plans.
Provide leadership and direction on all quantity surveying matters, utilising your extensive experience in new build and refurbishment projects.
Maintain a steady and successful career background, demonstrating at least 10 years of UK main contracting experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Live within a one-hour commuting distance from the company's offices. Benefits:
