Your Role as Senior Quantity Surveyor: Lead the charge within our Interior Fit Out team in England. Your mandate involves steering commercial success, ensuring precise cost control, and fostering robust relationships with our supply chain and on-site subcontractors.
The Ideal Candidate: We're seeking a commercially astute individual with a proven record of delivering impeccable construction schemes. Proficiency in JCT contract administration is a must. While MRICS accreditation and a relevant degree are advantageous, hands-on experience with a main contractor takes precedence.
You'll be instrumental in:
- Budget establishment and meticulous cost reporting
- Scrutinising contract terms and procurement of subcontract packages
- Expertly managing contractual administration
- Championing effective delay analysis and claim submissions
- Safeguarding commercial interests through variation and compensation event mechanisms
