Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor/Associate
Location: Belfast (Hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor and an Associate to join a busy multidisciplinary consultancy in Belfast. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Associate, you’ll be taking the lead positions in the Quantity Surveying team working on large projects mainly in the public sector. Services including pre and post contracts, contract tenders as well as working on multiple frameworks.

This company is a multidisciplinary consulting firm in Belfast have been established for over 50 years. They offer a number of services such as cost management, project management, engineering, environmental and building surveying across leisure, residential, healthcare, commercial, education, civil and industrial.
The role will require
* Take the lead on projects
* Prepare and negotiate BoQ, tender packages and contract documents
* Monitor and control project costs
* Risk management
* Forecasting and reporting at all stages through to finial accounts
* Attending project meetings
* Liaising with design teams, clients and contractors
* Mentor junior team members
* Assist in business development
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* Relevant degree
* Must be chartered
* Strong NEC4 experience
* Recent experience working in a consultancy
