My client are seeking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them.
About the job:
Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement team through tenders including producing subcontract documentation.
- Manage subcontracts from initial placement of order to final account
- Produce monthly cost reports, forecasts, and contract budget reports.
- Maintain effective, accurate cost control
- Ensure risk registers and contingency are accurately maintained.
- Assist with preparation of periodic progress valuations and claims for work completed.
- Identify and provide appropriate, timely information to support change control process.
- Effective and consistent implementation of Commercial Policy and procedures
About you:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor your skills and qualifications will include:
- Relevant Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Strong NEC contract experience.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- MCInstCES or MRICS
- Experience in rail or infrastructure projects.
