Your new job as a Senior Real Estate Account Executive will be working for a privately-owned Global Lloyd's Broker with offices based around the UK and Worldwide, with their head office based in the City. They have a dedicated team of over 5000 employees who pride themselves on having an entrepreneurial culture that their clients benefit from. Due to continued successful growth within the Real Estate division, they are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Real Estate Account Executive/Team Leader to join them in a client and market-facing role to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service across the team
Your new role
Your new job working as a Real Estate Account Executive means you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day service delivery to a mixed portfolio of UK and or European property owner and Real Estate clients as well over see a team of Account Handlers. Your role will be to deliver an enhanced service and added value to clients, maintaining a robust approach to ensure all clients have a service plan and annual timetable of visits aligned to their needs. Dealing with clients from inception to completion you will support in the implementation of expanded service opportunities, risk management and insurance objectives for clients. Other duties will include attending insurer review meetings and cultivate a positive and wide-ranging network of relationships with insurers, lawyers and loss adjusters. Manage renewal income and actively seek out and generate new revenue opportunities through regular new business activity and by attending networking events as well as build and grow a wide network of client and market contacts and serve as a role model and mentor to associates in developing same.
What you\'ll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as an Account Executive, Client Director or similar handling Property Owners or Real Estate business will lead to your success. Ideally you will have experience of Team Leading or man management. You will also have excellent communications skills and the ability to attend external client meetings when required. They are looking for someone that has the energy and appetite to learn and proven can develop and progress within their business.
