Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across multiple industries, from initial job briefings to candidate placement.
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conducting candidate sourcing and screening activities, including CV review, telephone interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Providing guidance and support to clients and candidates on recruitment best practices, market insights, and industry trends.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including consultants and administrators, to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment operations.
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets for candidate placements and client satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and updating client and candidate databases accordingly.
- Contributing to business development efforts, including attending client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, ideally within a recruitment agency environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Commercial acumen and business development skills, with a track record of building and expanding client relationships.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases to track candidates and manage recruitment workflows.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A genuine passion for recruitment and a desire to make a positive impact on clients' businesses and candidates' careers.
