About the company:
DNA Recruit is working with a global, multi-award-winning performance-driven content leader and brand publishing agency, and is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Strategist to join their diverse and talented team. They specialize in creating meaningful connections that impact people’s lives through performance-driven content for search and social. With unique expertise in Insights & SEO, Creative Content, and Performance Tech, they deliver exceptional results to clients through a combination of ad agency and in-house models.
They seek an experienced Creative Strategist to complement their capabilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to comprehend their needs, translating them into focused agency briefs.
- Analyze and craft creative briefs, collaborating with creatives throughout the development process.
- Plan communication strategies across various digital channels.
- Develop brand propositions.
- Conduct client workshops and primary research as necessary.
- Study market and industry reports to identify crucial trends.
- Conduct customer demographics research.
- Formulate Creative and Communication Strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with the Head of Strategy, Creative Director, and teams on key projects.
- Propose and monitor KPIs for strategy and creative work.
- Participate in creative and strategic brainstorming sessions.
- Lead client inspiration sessions.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Minimum 7+ years in strategy/planning or creative fields.
- Strong understanding of digital and content marketing channels, assessing strengths and weaknesses for brand-specific challenges.
- Consumer insight-driven with strong analytical skills, bringing creative ideas for digital performance.
- Ability to inspire creative teams and clients, with an instinctive understanding of brands.
- Appreciation of data value and harnessing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party data for strategic responses.
- Excellent collaboration skills, managing senior client stakeholders and conducting group workshops.
- Natural curiosity, adept at asking targeted questions for client briefs and needs.
- Proficient in research.
- Ability to develop insights.
- Strong ideation skills.
- Expertise in communication strategy.
- Creative brief development.
- Solid understanding and impactful use of data.
Salary: Up to £70k
