The clients are global with a speciality for FMCGs. The agency has a strong commitment to personal growth and learning, coaching, and training, with individual and team budgets to help develop existing and new skills.

About the Role

Reporting into a Partner, the role is a senior position within the agency and will be responsible for delivering projects and nurturing the team of two's personal growth. Day to day responsibilities of the role include:

• Maintaining and growing client relationships, and selling ideas and stories to the clients through the production and delivery of compelling and dynamic presentations.
• Designing and hosting ideation workshops for fresh ways to drive revenue and growth through new products, brands, services, and communication strategies.
• Taking the lead on a diverse range of qualitative and quantitative research processes.
• Leading the team on, and taking ultimate responsibility for, a variety of brand strategy and positioning projects. This includes making sure that the projects are managed and executed smoothly, on budget, and on time.
• Contributing to the agency’s ongoing social initiatives, such as DE&I and mental health programmes.

The Ideal Candidate Is:
