Boutique yet global consultancy working across Brand Strategy, Innovation, and Insight, with a focus on developing new products, services, and marketing strategies. The clients are global with a speciality for FMCGs. The agency has a strong commitment to personal growth and learning, coaching, and training, with individual and team budgets to help develop existing and new skills.
About the Role
Reporting into a Partner, the role is a senior position within the agency and will be responsible for delivering projects and nurturing the team of two's personal growth. Day to day responsibilities of the role include:
- Maintaining and growing client relationships, and selling ideas and stories to the clients through the production and delivery of compelling and dynamic presentations.
- Designing and hosting ideation workshops for fresh ways to drive revenue and growth through new products, brands, services, and communication strategies.
- Taking the lead on a diverse range of qualitative and quantitative research processes.
- Leading the team on, and taking ultimate responsibility for, a variety of brand strategy and positioning projects. This includes making sure that the projects are managed and executed smoothly, on budget, and on time.
- Contributing to the agency’s ongoing social initiatives, such as DE&I and mental health programmes.
The Ideal Candidate Is:
- Curious and culturally engaged.
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Experienced in Qualitative Research.
- Skilled with numbers and a competent manager of budgets.
- Accustomed to and experienced in working for an agency or consultancy.
- A confident presenter.
- Action-orientated and capable of navigating tough challenges and high octane environments.
- Creative yet highly organised.
- Meticulous and detail-focused with a good eye for aesthetics and visual design.
- A proven high achiever and leader in previous positions.
- Proud of their work and strives for consistent personal growth, both in themselves and in others.
- Happy to work on projects promoting alcohol and gambling.
- A good relationship builder with senior client stakeholders.
