SalaryOff the back of a successful recruitment drive for Trainee Recruiters I am now looking for someone to join us as an Interim Specialist Recruitment Consultant, focusing on food & FMCG industries.
At The Sterling Choice, we excel in food industry recruitment, we have a team of 18 permanent consultants so to compliment them we naturally need an experienced consultant to lead the way with interim and short term contracts for our existing clients.
Role:
- Source top-tier interim candidates across engineering, operations, technical and commercial sectors. Ideally nationwide....the earning potential ?????
- Generate and chase leads while keeping a pool of warm candidates you can continually dive into to ensure your clients are not left waiting days for short term gaps to be filled.
Requirements:
- Proven recruitment experience on a permanent 360 or interim 360 desk, ideally in the food industry.
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Able to work on a proactive basis, too many recruiters are working reactively and wonder why their pipeline is £0
- Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for the food sector.
