ROLE SUMMARY

The role has been created to support the Head of Safety Evaluation/the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (EU QPPV). As the Senior Safety Evaluation Physician you will have a couple of Clinical development and Marketed products allocated to you in Oncology

You will be working in signal management, reviewing safety data, inputting into risk management labelling, aggregate report writing and sit on the Global Safety Board which includes Japan, ASIA, EMEA, US)

You will Lead Safety Evaluation for specified products, including signal detection, aggregate safety reporting, and benefit-risk analysis. Lastly, you will be responsible for responding to safety-related medical queries from regulatory authorities, external bodies, and internally for specified products.

Requirements:

• UK GMC-approved or similar medical registration. if you are registered elsewhere like an overseas qualification, that also works
• Atleast 5 years of experience as a Safety Physician preferably in a Global setting
• Experience with signal management, risk management & aggregate reporting as a Physician
• Previous pharmacovigilance experience with a consistent record of strong contribution.
• Experience in pharmacovigilance for oncology products (an advantage).
