The Key Duties of the Senior Sales Consultant
- Maintain a full understanding of our product offerings and the market.
- Strategically plan & prioritise sales activities.
- Conduct targeted business-to-business cold calling and manage a mix of lead types.
- Oversee customer accounts, maximizing fuel volumes and meeting diverse customer needs.
- Drive and close new business opportunities via the phone.
- Deliver a high quality of service, increasing business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Generate and manage an effective sales pipeline via our CRM system.
- Develop an awareness of the broader industry trends, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required.
The Key Requirements of the Senior Sales Consultant
- 2-3 years recent telesales experience.
- Previous experience of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Thorough understanding of planning and delivering new business strategies.
- Highly motivated and goal driven.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
